Our System

Exercise isn’t life, but life certainly is our exercise. Movement can be so much more than something that makes you look good. We teach movement that supports and transforms your mind, body and spirit so you can feel amazing and live your best life.

Yoga

Our yoga is not what you’d expect, it is way better and more transformative. How yoga was meant to be. You won’t be thrown into positions you can’t manage or figure out, you will build strength, deep self awareness and profoundly change your mental and physical patterns.

Pilates

Yoga and Pilates are like two sides of a coin. You need them both. Our unique system gets you easily into regular exercise without dominating your schedule or your budget. One on one attention is always available in our unique learning and practice model.

Sound & Energy

Body pains, low energy, and trauma can all interfere with our movement. Sound (vibration) is our entire makeup, having it flow is essential. Our sound energy work is down to earth and complements the movement we do perfectly. Less woo and more wow!
