BendnMove offers restorative yoga and gentle yoga.  All classes at BendnMove are intended to nurture your body and create healing pathways.  We encourage movement within the individual’s ability and and comfort level, never forcing the body into a pose that stimulates a sympathetic response causing stress to body or mind.

The student may experience the benefits of yoga therapy type classes through consistent attendance and use of tools at home or in everyday life.  Yoga is intended to optimize your life and daily routine.
